Click & Collect is available at Rembrandt stores across New Zealand for a faster, more convenient pickup option.

How it works:
• Select Click & Collect at checkout.
• Choose your preferred store.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection.

What to bring:
Please bring your order number and a form of ID when picking up your items.

Exchanges & Refunds:
Exchanges can be made in-store, provided stock is available. Refunds are processed by our Head Office and cannot be completed in-store.

Click & Collect is only available for orders where all items are in the same store. If your cart contains items from different stores, Click & Collect won’t be available—you’ll need to place a separate order.

Holiday Dispatch & Returns Information

To guarantee delivery before Christmas, all online orders must be placed by 1:00pm on Monday, 15 December.

Orders placed after this cut-off will still be dispatched as quickly as possible, however pre-Christmas arrival cannot be assured due to courier network volumes.

If you need help with sizing, fit, or gift advice before ordering, our team is always here to help.

Our online dispatch team will be recharging their batteries from Tuesday, December 23rd through to Monday, January 5th, 2026.

Any orders placed during this time will be shipped out as soon as they’re back.

Returns and refunds will be processed starting January 5th, 2026.

Need it in a hurry? Check if you can click and collect it at your closest Rembrandt store.

Need to exchange something? You’re always welcome to pop into any of our stores—just bring your order number! Please note, refunds can’t be done in-store while we’re away.

International Orders

For orders outside of New Zealand, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges may be collected upon delivery by the carrier and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Returns for Online Orders

Wrong size? Not quite what you wanted? No worries. You can return your garment(s) up to 30 days from the date you receive your order. We provide free returns and exchanges to New Zealand.

To return your product, email your request to shop@rembrandt.co.nz

We highly recommend using the provided postage tracking on your returned parcel as we cannot refund or exchange items that go missing in the post.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of received order
• Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached
• In it's original condition with tags and packaging. This excludes garments that are altered as they are no longer in original condition.
• Include proof of purchase with your return

Gift cards are exempt from being returned or refunded.
Face masks are exempt from being returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Fragrances are exempt from being returned or refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the size is incorrect.
