Our online dispatch and customer service teams will be having a well deserved break from Friday 20th December until Monday 6th January 2025.
Any orders placed between these dates online will be dispatched upon the return.
If you require any returns or refunds during this time, these will be processed from 6th January 2025.
You are more than welcome to pop into any of our stores during this time to arrange an exchange, make sure to have your order number for the team and please note that they cannot perform any refunds.

Returns for Web Orders
Wrong size? Not quite what you wanted? No worries. You can return your garment(s) up to 30 days from the date you receive your order. We provide free returns and exchanges to New Zealand.
To return your product, email your request to shop@rembrandt.co.nz
We highly recommend using the provided postage tracking on your returned parcel as we cannot refund or exchange items that go missing in the post.
Return Eligibility
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of received order
- Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached
- In it's original condition with tags and packaging. This excludes garments that are altered as they are no longer in original condition.
- Include proof of purchase with your return
- If you would like a return or arrange an exchange, please email shop@rembrandt.co.nz to request your return form and courier label
Gift cards are exempt from being returned or refunded.
Face masks are exempt from being returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
Fragrances are exempt from being returned or refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges & damaged goods (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the size is incorrect.
