For the Spring/Summer 2019 season, we revisit the time when Ben Sherman first visited America in search of the iconic brand identity we all know today.

The British rock and roll bands of the 1960s adopted the latest in American ivy league clothing, soon combining scooters from Italy and hair cuts from France. When styled together, the iconic British mod look was created.

As British rock and roll grew in popularity, bands travelled internationally visiting countries across the globe. Upon their return to British shores, these new influences were fused with American ivy league looks, resulting in a new British Riviera scene.
