Book an appointment
For the best experience we recommend booking an appointment at one of our stores. It can take anywhere from 4—8 weeks to receive your finished piece. If you have an event this is for, please make sure to let our team know at your first fitting.

Get fitted and select details
At your first consultation we will take this time to understand what you’re looking for. During this 1 hour appointment we will take your specific body measurements to create your size passport, whilst also selecting fabrics and style details. 50% deposit is required for your order to be placed.

Attend your first fitting
Once your piece of clothing has been made to all your specifications it we will contact you for your first fitting. During this fitting we check to make sure the fit is exactly what you're after. If it's not we'll make a few minor alterations until you're happy.

Final pick up
Once all your final alterations are complete we'll contact you for your final fitting to double check you're happy with the final piece. After this, you'll walk away with your new custom piece of clothing.
