Returns
Wrong size? Not quite what you wanted? No worries. You can return your garment(s) up to 30 days from the date purchased.
We provide free returns and exchanges to New Zealand.
To return your product, email your request to shop@rembrandt.co.nz
Return Eligibility
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached;
- In the original packaging which must be in the original condition
- Include proof of purchase with your return – this would be your Rembrandt Receipt or your Online Order Confirmation
Gift cards are exempt from being returned or refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the size is incorrect.

Nice quality, a little small.
A very nice sharp, quality print - and the rolled edges are very nice. Would be better (and better priced) in a 40x40 size, for more fold options.
